20th March. General Meeting. Distribution of merchandise and release/launch of WBC history booklet
13th April. Opening day. MelinGriffith Band play welcoming members to the 100th bowling season at Whitchurch Bowling Club. Edwardian, Georgian or 1920’s style dress code. (optional). A prize for the best dressed!
4th May. A Casino Night at the club. Blackjack, roulette dice and more for a fun Evening.
12th May. Day excursion to Windsor with a mixed 6 rinks fixture against the Royal Household Bowls Club. Watch the Changing of the Guard or take a river cruise or simply enjoy the town.
24 -27th May. Bowls tour to Torquay with six mixed rinks fixtures against Newton Abbot,
Paignton and Paignton Torbay, Torquay Country Club (two sides), and the Victoria Bowls Club, Weston-Super-Mare on way home.
15th June. A Murder Mystery Night. ‘Murder at the Bowls Club’.
14th July Excursion to Whitchurch Bowls Club, Hampshire for a six mixed rink fixture against our namesake who are also celebrating their centenary.
27th July A Hog Roast and Centenary Quiz at the club.
31st August End of season Party Night with BBQ and Cabaret Act at the club.
6th Sept. Travel to St Andrews, Bristol for a six mixed rink fixture.
4th October. Centenary Dinner at the Village Hotel, Coryton. Guest Acts for the night, Owen Money and Rio Scibona.
